Introducing to our Vietnam Human Resource Study

TNEX and TalentVibes co-conducted the Vietnam Human Resources Study, examining the labour force across various cities in Vietnam. This study included over 800 young employees and job seekers, ranging from undergraduates to experienced professionals under 30.

The Vietnam Human Resources Study offers a comprehensive view of the various stages of the current HR sector. Specifically, the study will include:

1. Vietnam’s HR market overview: Vietnam market size, labour force, remuneration, upskilling market, qualification level of the labour force, and education loans.

2. Vietnam's current recruitment and job market trends: recruitment trends, challenges of job seekers, job preferences, interest level in career mapping, upskilling demand and willingness to pay.

The study gathered valuable insights through two surveys and secondary research from multiple sources. These findings assist recruiters, employers, employees working in HR and other sectors, and job seekers in better understanding the current recruitment environment, helping them prepare for future opportunities, challenges, and trends.
